This high-quality organic rhubarb-spruce infusion is one for the flavor experts. Here bitter spruce with its zesty citrus aroma gives off wild forest delights, balances beautifully with delicate hints of fresh rhubarb, creating a truly special experience with every sip. It’s therefore little wonder that this celebration drink won the award for Estonia’s Best Organic Drink of 2020. The idea behind this unique taste experience was to take two contrasting intense and full-bodied flavours and infuse them together. The deepness of the cherry aroma is instantly recognisable, which combines perfectly with the smokey notes of the roasted maple, leaving a long and pleasant aftertaste. This wonderfully deep garnet coloured drink is an excellent companion with grilled meat and vegetables, and fine cheeses.
